Terms and Conditions for Imperial Glow Mobile Automobile Detailing Services

Welcome to Imperial Glow Detailing! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile automobile detailing services. By booking our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
1.1 Scope of Services: ImperialGlow Detailing offers a range of mobile automobile detailing services including but not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and specialty detailing.
1.2 Service Area: Services are provided within the Greater Toronto Area. Services outside this area may incur additional travel fees.
2. Appointments
2.1 Booking: Appointments can be made through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service.
2.2 Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS once your appointment is booked.
2.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of [fee amount].
3. Payment
3.1 Pricing: Service pricing is provided at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed appointments.
3.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other methods specified on our website.
3.3 Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon completion of the Services.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1 Access: You must provide access to the vehicle and a safe working environment for our staff. This includes parking the vehicle in a suitable location and ensuring it is unlocked and accessible.
4.2 Personal Belongings: Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment. Imperial Glow Detailing is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
5. Liability
5.1 Damage: ImperialGlow Detailing will exercise reasonable care while performing the Services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to paint chips, scratches, and other imperfections. If our staff happen to damage one of your vehicles, we will cover the full cost of the repairs.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
6.1 Quality of Service: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our Services, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
7. Privacy
7.1 Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary to provide the Services. This includes your name, contact information, and vehicle details.
7.2 Data Use: Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of providing the Services and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1 Modifications: ImperialGlow Detailing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto.
